Cancellations
Our produce is fresh and perishable. For this reason we cannot accept cancellations or
changes to orders after 12 noon on the Monday before your delivery is due.
Refund Policy
We make it our top priority to supply you with the highest quality organic produce. If
by any chance on the odd occasion a sub standard item makes it way through into your
box or we deliver the wrong item(s) please let us know immediately. We will of course
replace the item(s) free of charge the following week or credit your account if you so
wish. In certain cases we may offer a discount against your next purchase.
Failed Deliveries
We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to incorrectly supplied address
details. We will of course endeavour to resolve any complaints or issues you have
regarding failed deliveries. If you think that your organic box has been stolen after
delivery please contact us immediately. We will credit your account and discuss safer
delivery arrangements.
Information on our website
Whilst we make ever effort to ensure that the information provided on our website is
accurate we can offer no warranties as to its accuracy.
Complaints
If you find complaint with any part of our service please contact us immediately. All
complaints will be replied to within 3 working days.
